Nala Renewables is a 50/50 joint venture between the Trafigura Group, one of the world’s leading independent commodity trading companies, and IFM Net Zero Infrastructure Fund, an open-ended investment fund managed by global institutional fund manager IFM Investors. This means that we have the benefit of a global network combined with a unique business-building approach and renewable energy expertise, to develop a differentiated renewable energy investment platform.
It also means that we have strong access to pipeline and offtake. Trafigura is contributing projects under development with a total generation capacity of 500 megawatts and a long-term offtake agreement for some of the renewable assets.
