Nala Renewables announces the appointment of Remy Verot as Interim Chief Executive Officer

London, 18 December 2025 - Nala Renewables today announces the appointment of Remy Verot as Interim CEO.

‍Remy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nala for 18 months up until June 2025. 

‍

Remy brings over 18 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, having held leadership roles across investment, operations, and strategy. His background includes senior positions at IFM Investors, Greencoat Capital, Glennmont Partners, and EDF Renewables, with experience spanning across Europe.

Nala Renewables’ CEO, Mike O’Neill, is currently taking a period of leave related to a health condition. Nala’s Supervisory Committee is in close dialogue with Mike and, in consultation with him, they agreed that this appointment was in the best interests of the company to provide stability and continuity during an important period. It will also enable Mike to prioritise his recovery. 

Remy will provide guidance and support as the company continues to deliver key projects and execute on its strategic priorities.
